Job Description: Are you a level 2 ski or snowboard instructor looking for the next challenge? You will be employed by the NZSki snow school as a level 2 instructor, during the season you will be in paid employment as a level 2 instructor and train towards NZSIA or SBINZ level 3. Training takes place in the northern summertime, so following successful completion of the course, you’ll be qualified in time to work as a level 3 in Europe and north America for winter 2017/18.
We are now accepting applications for our level 3 internships in Queenstown, New Zealand for June – September 2017.

Minimum Qualification: Applications are welcome from instructors qualified to Level 2 in alpine skiing or snowboarding in a recognised qualification (APSI, BASI, CSIA, CASI, NZSIA, SBINZ etc.)

Job Description: Ski Dubai are a team with people of different nationalities and cultures (Arabic, European, Australian, African, Australian, Asian…). We are a team around 40 instructors (including cashiers, part times and all staff of ski school). The atmosphere of the ski school is amazing and for sure is a great experience. Ski Dubai, located in Mall of the Emirates is a snow resort that offers a new generation of indoor winter destination.
Contracted hours are 8 hours per day. Normally, you’ll do around 5 hours per day of lessons. Other time is for help in the rental, training, provide quality service with the guest and upselling. Daily schedule can be modified or arranged due the bookings. We have different camps, programs and competitions squads. Duration of lesson (depends of level, between one hour and hour and a half). Number of person in the groups (depends of the age and the level, between 4 persons up to 10).

Ski Camp Leader – Volunteer Position

Job Description:  This is a hybrid position, in which you will provide both ski instruction and general support for our residential campers. You’ll lead a total of six two-hour ski lessons over four days of camp. Outside of lesson time, you will be responsible for supervising campers to ensure their entire camp experience is safe, fun, and memorable. You may be assigned to campers who speak near-native English — and are in fact not allowed to speak Japanese! Or you may lead a group of kids who are still learning English. For them, the skiing and other activities are a chance to practice and improve their English with your help. We are seeking hard-working, fun, and energetic English-speaking staff of any nationality.

Minimum Qualification: Ski Camp Leaders coming from overseas will be considered volunteers, and you will not be paid a salary for your time at camp. However, English Adventure will provide the following to support your time in Japan:

  • Reimbursement of airfare to and from Japan (to a maximum of 130,000 JPY).
  • Lodging in Tokyo on the dates of December 23 and January 7, if desired
  • Lodging at our campsite from December 24 to January 6
  • All meals during training and camp sessions (You’ll have kitchen access including basic ingredients between sessions)
  • Round trip train or bus between Narita or Haneda airport and central Tokyo
