Rusutsu Resort is located in Hokkaido, the northern island of Japan, and is famous for consistent annual snowfall and some of the deepest and lightest powder snow in the world. As an instructor your responsibility will be to teach and assist guests during lessons, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

All Instructors receive a resort season pass, competitive salary and free accommodation all season!

Instructors with a higher level teaching certification and/or experience are preferred; however applications from aspiring instructors with a positive attitude are also welcome. All instructors must be eligible for the Japanese Working Holiday visa or be eligible for a Japanese working visa (over 36 months of full time, relevant experience). Lessons are taught in English to international guests so fluent or native English level is required.
