So you are ready to get in shape are you? About time! Whilst our instructors will throw everything they have at you, you have to be fit enough to take the action day after day. So get real, get fit, try squatting while brushing your teeth, or whilst the kettle boils, or whilst your little brother or sister gets out of the bathroom. Whatever your technique, we find the best thing, is just to start. There is no special recipe to success, other than to just get on with it.
Not leaving it for a Monday, or the 1st of the Month, or New years day, or when you aren’t washing your cat….Or “when i’ve dropped a couple of kg’s”. We’ve all been there.
Just do it.
