If you’re serious about getting a job as a ski or board instructor, taking one of our internship courses is your surest way of getting straight into a job. As soon as you pass the initial training course and meet the standards required of our instructors, we place you into a paid position working at Sun Peaks, Panorama or Hidden Valley in Canada.

Many a career has been sparked with the promise of seeing the world. But as a ski or snowboard instructor, you have a genuine chance to do just that. In fact, being a seasonal job, it’s pretty much a necessity.
And there’s some amazing destinations on offer, to say the least. As the winter sports industry continues to grow, you can now ski, snowboard and instruct in around 2000 resorts, in more than 70 countries – and on all seven continents.
We train instructors on three of those continents, so with our internationally recognised qualifications, it’s your move.
The wage is probably the best in the country and we have standard 8 hour days (Wednesday-friday) and plenty of work on the weekends, normally 3-8 hours. We have every Monday and Tuesday off. On days off we normally go to Castle Mountain as we get to ski for free and accommodation is about $25-30.
The instructing side of the adventure was also very satisfying. Being a very small resort enabled me to know everyone and connect with them on a more personal level. It was not just a work place, it was a home
