North American Resort of the Year!

A huge congratulations to one of our partner resorts, Panorama – named North American Resort of the Year at the Telegraph World Snow Awards 2016.

The North American Resort of the Year category had a shortlist of world-renowned resorts, including Whistler Blackcomb, Mont Tremblant Ski Resort and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Panorama has been rewarded for its continued improvement in service to the public. Here at Winter Sports Company, we’ve always known Panorama had something special, and we’re thrilled to see the hard work recognised by the awards.

The World Snow Awards honours the very best of the worlds skiing and snowboarding, awarding brands, resorts, retailers, travel agents, tour operators and snow schools in the industry. Panorama’s president and CEO Steve Paccagnan was at The Telegraph’s Ski and Snowboard Show ceremony to receive the award in London, taken from the Panorama news release;

“It’s an honour to be in London and accept this prestigious award on behalf of our resort community,” said Paccagnan. “Over the past couple of years, Panorama has injected more than $10 million dollars of improvements into the resort, but it’s the work our team does to take care of our guests that really impressed the panel of judges. This World Snow Award shows we are on the right track, and we’re more determined than ever to keep improving.”
