Level 3 Training
4 days a week (20 hours), provided by CSIA pro instructors. An additional 1 day per week is allocated for self-development and ski school shadowing. CSIA Level 4 instructors will predominantly take the classes, with some experienced Level 3 instructors providing further training. They work closely with you as you prepare for the level 3 modules and exam, providing one-to-one feedback during training.
CSIA Level 3 modules and assessments are to be booked directly with CSIA by the participant. The level 3 modules & exam costs approximately $1200.
CSIA membership must be up to date. Suppose you need to convert your level 1 certification to CSIA. In that case, we will provide all information required to enable you to do this.
All participants have the opportunity to shadow the sports school on days off from pro coaching. Shadowing real lessons helps prepare trainees for exams and provides observational experience in a mountain environment.
Additional Training Option
An extra week can be arranged at the beginning or end of the course.
During the additional week, the following courses are available: Avalanche Skills Training, Adaptive Ski Instructor Qualification, Race Coaching certification and Park course.
